The Villa Socarrat is located on the seafront of Playa de la Concha on the first line of the beach. It is ideal for families and groups of friends who wish to enjoy the beach and the sea. It has capacity for 11 people, 6 rooms. We have also equipped our villa with High Speed internet to do home office. Why not, work remotely next to the Mediterranean?

Villa Socarrat is a typical Mediterranean villa, built in 1959 and restored in 2012, located on the 1st line of the beach. It has spectacular views on the beach of La Concha, from all the rooms, the dining room and the large terrace. You can contemplate the sunrise by the sea from all the rooms of the villa. During the day you can sunbathe in the garden and in the evening dine outdoors with the breeze.
A barbecue is out there. There is a parking area in the villa with 2 covered spaces for small cars and 4 outdoor spaces. Registration number VT-31372-CS

Setting

Villa Socarrat is on the 1st line of La Cocha beach, approximately 300 meters from the Oropesa Marina. Here you can play many sports, and take part in some courses, such as: sailing school and windsurfing, sailing cruise, fishing, canoeing, and swimming courses for children and adults, aquafitness.

The Greenway is just a few meters away from the villa. This greenway goes along the old railway line between Valencia and Barcelona. The length of the greenway is 5.6 kilometres and it is rather flat. The green way runs all the time along the seaside. It is perfect to go along with children but be careful with cyclists because the width is about 5 meters, and it is divided into a sandy lane for walkers and and a paved lane for cyclists.
