The owner´s comments
Luxury residential complex house in a closed house development. Just 15m away to beach with a 50 m2 terrace with an excellent panoramic to the sea. Private garden as well as communal swimming pool and garden.
House has a long variety of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. It is 20 km away from Reus airport, 3 km from a golf resort, 4 km from L’Hospitalet railway station, 14 km from a water leisure park at Salou, 17 km from Universal Port Aventura fun park resort and 3 and 9 km from L’Hospitalet and Cambrils ports.
Tarragona (roman city) is 35 km away, Barcelona is 110 km away and Ebro river Delta is just 35 km from the house.
