* Prices are the same all the year, because we include heating tax.

* The price of Casa da Azenha is 120€ night, Casa de Pedra is 75€ night, Casa de Madeira is 75€ night, Casa Espigueiro de Cristal is 75€ night and Casa Espigueiro 70€ Night.

* Each extra bed have the price of 30€ by night.

* You don't pay extra bed for children under 3 years old.

* Each reservation has a deposit of 30% of the total stay.

* The outstanding amounts will be paid on the arrival in check-in.

* Breakfast is not include, it is 5€ per person, and must be ordered, one day after.

* The cleaning of the house is made once a week, and sheets and towels are changed once a week too.

* The supply of existing services will be paid on delivery. We have meals, with a Menu in each house, and baby-siter service 24 hours, with the price of 10€ by hour.
