Venice, the drawing room of Italy! City of art par excellence, but also romantic and beautiful with its canals, the lagoon and the many events that have always to itself, millions of tourists every year.

In this magical setting, and in the city center, we offer a lovely apartment next to the Teatro la Fenice and a few steps from Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge.

The house with exposed beams, wooden floors and numerous windows that make it very bright, has a large living room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom overlooking a small terrace, the overlying terrace (altana) from which there is a magnificent landscape, including the Campanile of San Marco. Both terraces are equipped with table, chairs and chaise lounges for sunbathing or relaxing.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort and you will find it an ideal place to relax after a day strolling around the city, or in the summer, after a day at the beach at Venice Lido.

Venice, in addition to providing exhibitions, churches to admire and a unique setting, offers you numerous typical Venetian taverns where you can taste typical dishes and drinking good wine in the evening head to the Casino, groped luck.
