Luxury new apartment for 4/5 people in best building of fighing port area in San Esteban de Pravia, very charming village only half an hour away from Oviedo.

Very bright, with views over the mountain and port. Impeccably furnished and decorated to the highest standard.

* Surface area: 105 m. Second floor. The entrance hall leads into an open-plan living / dining area furnished with a 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, LCD TV and dining table for six.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, 4-ring ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher and drying-washing machine as well as a table with 4 chairs.

There are two bedrooms: the master suite has a double bed ( queen-sized 1.50m), fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a big bathtub; the second bedroom consists of a twin ( 2 single beds of 0.90m x 2.00m) and fitted wardrobes. There is a second bathroom also with bathtub.

Wood laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and kitchen which are tiled. There is also a very convenient closet or storeroom.

It is completely equipped: crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans, coffe-maker, toaster, squeezer, beater, iron, hair-dryer, vacuum cleaner, first quality bed-clothes and Egypcian cotton towels.
