Villa in the Ionian sea

The accommodation

Like a ship in the Ionian sea: this is what is this villa located inside the most exclusive residence of this area. The villa stands in one floor were we can find two double bedrooms (one with en-suite) and three singles. There are also two annex (one familiar with a double a twins and a bathroom; the other with double).
Please take note of the additional sums to pay in cash on arrival:
final cleaning fees € 300.
Safety deposit € 500, to be refunded on departure.
The electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh 250 per week. Beyond that limit it will have a cost of € 0,36 per kWh.
Check-in: 4pm to 9pm. Beyond that time, it has a cost of € 30 to be paid in cash locally upon arrival.
Check-out: within 10am.

Setting

We are close to Agnone Bagni (2 km’s), a wonderful beach with a great view of Etna volcano. Syracuse (Unesco's) is almost 30 km's away and Catania-Etna too. Taormina, the beatuiful Taormina, lasts 60 km's. A good tip is to visti Megara Hybla (10 km's), a Greek settlements with great ruins. Another Unesco's site: Pantalica (20 km's), 5.000 graves carved on the rock, a breathtaking place where nature, landscape and archaeology work together. Still Unesco's: Noto, the pearl for Baroque style, 50 km's away. If you are a birdwatcher I suggest you the natural reserve of Vendicari (50 km's).
