It has 2 double bedrooms with views of the pool, and is located in Playa Flamenca II. It has an American style kitchen with microwave, fridge / freezer and washing machine. TV. Air conditioning in the lounge and fans throughout the house, and a large sun terrace on the roof terrace. It is conveniently located for local bars, restaurants, beaches and other facilities. Very special holiday area. Very close to Zenia Boulevard Mall
There are shower towels and bed linen in the house.
Cleaning € 60 per week. More than a week, 75 € cleaning.
The deposit is 150 € which will be returned upon departure if there are no damages.
It is rented preferably by fortnight. If it is a week, it has to be in order as much as possible (4 weeks). Thank you
