The accommodation

Located in Venice, 400 meters from Rialto Bridge, Appartamento offers air conditioning and free WiFi throughout. There is a kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave, a flat-screen satellite TV and 2 bathrooms, one with a hydromassage bath. La Fenice Theater is 500 meters from the apartment, while Ca' d'Oro is 500 meters away. The nearest airport is Venice Marco Polo Airport, 7 km from the property. This area of ​​Venice is one of our guests' favorites.

Access for guests
The entire 110 square meter house is available to guests and is distributed as follows: entrance, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom which can be transformed into a double bedroom, 1 bedroom with single bed, living room with two sofas, (one of them is a sofa bed) fully equipped kitchen, marble bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower bathroom with shower.

It is forbidden to organize parties or events

All those who have respect for the house and respect the rules of the good neighborhood are welcome.
Check-in will have a cost if it is carried out after 7pm: €30 from 7pm to 9pm, €40 from 9pm to 11pm, €50 from 11pm to 1am. This supplement will be paid upon your arrival and in cash.
According to local laws, the tourist tax must be paid, which must also be paid upon your arrival.
Check-in: after 3.00 pm, check out by 10.00 am.

Overview of the neighborhood
The lively and luxurious neighborhood is surrounded by the beautiful facades of the buildings that define it. The area is cheerful and full of life just like the famous Rialto market. Near the apartment there is the magnificent Basilica dei Frari with Titian's masterpieces, the Tiepolo palace, Soranzo, Donà', the Mancenigo corner palace, the San Rocco school, Goldoni's house etc. In the San Polo district The famous university of Venice Ca' Foscari is located. The area where the apartment is located is one of the most beautiful areas of Venice, famous for the abundance of typical shops and restaurants: here you will find everything you need: supermarkets, pharmacies and medical services, fish and fruit, taverns, restaurants and pizzerias. Campo S. Polo hosts numerous cultural activities such as music concerts, theater shows and open-air cinema and in the winter there is also the possibility of ice skating.
How to move
In Venice you can get around on foot, by gondola, by vaporetto or by motorboat. For those arriving by car, it is possible to park either at the Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto terminals. For those arriving by train it is possible to take vaporetto line 1 and get off at the San Silvestro stop. The apartment is 300 meters from the stop. For those arriving by plane, it is possible to use the water taxi service to the vicinity of the apartment, or by land with land taxi or public transport to Piazzale Roma, from there on foot for 15 minutes or with line 1 to the New Year's Eve. If you want to take a tour of the islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello, and more generally get to know the Venice lagoon, we can provide you with a water taxi at a lower price than normal water taxis.

Everything that surrounds you is rich in history, art and culture and after visiting the city, with its museums, churches and spectacular palaces, after taking a ride on a gondola, a motorboat or on foot, you can have an aperitif in the characteristic Venetian cicchetteria and then dine in the typical local restaurants.
