The accommodation
Charming villa with pool and garden area near to Denia (approx. 2.5 km.) In the foothills of the mountain Montgo.The villa is newly built, has well maintained garden with grass, swimming pool, large parking area, garage, outside shower, terraces and barbecue.It consists of two floors. On the ground floor we find a large living room with comfortable and rustic furnitures, a spacious dining room also with access to the American kitchen which is fully equipped, a bathroom, two bedrooms (one with twin beds and one double) with fitted wardrobes, bathroom with tub. On the first floor, is the master bedroom complemented by a dressing room, terrace, and bathroom with shower. Hence access a solarium where you can enjoy the magnificent view of Denia and the sea.The villa is ideal for a perfect vacation, because it has privacy and tranquility of its location (on the slopes of Montgo) but also the advantage of being very close to La Pedrera, a small hamlet belonging to Denia where we find all kinds of services: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc..
