Enviable orientation, where you can enjoy unbeatable views of San José beach. The house is a duplex, two living floors and a roof terrace, located in the central square of San José, with direct access to the town's urban beach.
It is a traditional beach house, white and with blue decoration, following the aesthetics of the town.

On the first floor we find two bedrooms and the bathroom, in addition to the staircase that gives access to the upper floor.

The main room is composed of a living room-kitchen, separated by an American bar.

The living room, next to the kitchen, has a built-in furniture, table and chairs for 6 people, a divan, convertible in auxiliary bed, and a terrace.

Next to the living room, we find a small terrace overlooking the beach, ideal to enjoy a dinner in the light of the moon.
