Costabravaforrent La Tallada is a beautiful country house located in a rural estate in the municipality of La Tallada d’Empordà, where tranquility, stunning views, and open spaces reign for your enjoyment during your vacation.

Distributed over two floors, the house offers spacious, bright, and open-plan areas to savour every moment of the day.

On the ground floor, you'll find a kitchen with a dining area that opens onto the garden, a large entrance hall with open access to the living room, a double bedroom with two single beds, and a complete bathroom with a shower and toilet.

A staircase leads to the upper floor, where a 35 m² hall distributes to three suites (each with a complete bathroom and toilet, 2 of them with double bed and the other one with 2 single beds), a double bedroom with 2 single beds, a dormitory for 4 people with 4 single beds, a complete bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, an independent toilet, and a shower room.

All bedrooms are exterior and have fans, with high ceilings on the upper floor and standing fans on the ground floor.

The exterior boasts a furnished terrace with a dining table, a garden for children to play, an olive grove, and a private saltwater swimming pool measuring 20 x 3.5 meters.

The pool is located in a large fenced area with a beautiful lawn, sun loungers, and a lounge covered by pergolas.

Renovated in 2016 and updated in 2024, the house is situated on a flat and open 5,000 m² plot for private use. It is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a fantastic family vacation in a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.

Pets are accepted upon prior confirmation. Restrictions: Pets are NOT accepted on the first floor, nor in the pool area. There is a supplement of 30€. And always under your responsibility having to afford any damage caused.
