The accommodation

Location: this wonderful house is located on a slope of a gentle slope on some of the best views of the rural mallorca, with almonds, and mountains. in a very quiet enclave with nearby roads to be able to walk and enjoy nature.

the house consists of two floors and is surrounded by garden and pine trees, On the ground floor and upstairs there are spacious terraces where you can sunbathe, with an excellent situation to enjoy the tranquility and peace of the extraordinary views.

History: this house has always belonged to our family and has passed through 4 generations since it was built more than 150 years ago. My husband and I, we decided to reform it before it was in ruins and we started this adventure, to be able to accommodate the clients, who want to spend a wonderful and quiet holiday in an environment of a Mallorcan rural house, always providing the greatest comforts and services.

Accommodation:
On the ground floor is the kitchen, dining room with fireplace, living room with wooden beam ceilings, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and large terraces.
On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large terrace with an external staircase to access the pool, without having to go down inside the house, from this terrace you can see wonderful sunsets and stars in the clear night sky.

The total area of the accommodation is 180 square meters and has 80 square meters of terraces.
The house has air conditioning and heating in all rooms, living room and dining room, this service is paid according to KW consumption. You will need to leave a deposit.

Private pool of 10.00 m. x 4.00 m and l, 35 m. at 1.90 m. of depth and with a pool for children of 4.00 m. x 1.90 m and 0.75 m. deep, is completely fenced, for the safety of children. this pool is elevated and consists of a terrace-solarium of 130.00 m2 and a porch of 15.00 m2, from where you can see some splendid views.

Barbecue next to the house and the pool where you can enjoy from a good meat to a succulent grilled fish.

Children's playground, for the little ones to enjoy, with a slide and swings.

Nearest shops: Cas Concos at 4 km, Campos at 6 km and Santanyi at 6 km. In Campos, you will find the best bakeries and patisseries, where you can taste: Mallorcan brown bread, the "empanadas" (meat, fish or peas), "coca de trampo", "coca" of roasted peppers, the "coca de Nadal" (it is delicious, taken with ice cream or hot chocolate), the "gató" (a cake made with eggs and almonds) and the typical "ensaimada" (which you will also find filled with algel hair, cream, chocolate, almond …)
