The accommodation

It is possible to stay in a part of this tuscany sharecropping farm
house which has been completed renovated, and an independent villa about
500 metres away from the main building.
There is a large park which surrounds these two accommodation facilities
and it’s full of flowers, fruit trees, hedges and olive trees. For
moments of relax there is a swimming pool near the main building with
green areas and a view of the towers of san gimignano and the
surrounding countryside

the ground floor flat with independent entrance, has got a large and
bright living room (40 sqm) with various sofas and satellite tv, a fully
functional kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven and all
the necessary utensils to prepare typical tuscany dishes.
With coloured walls the flats seem to be warmer and more welcoming. 2
large bedrooms (1 king-size and 1 double) a bathroom with shower cubicle
and toilet.
This flat meets the needs of 4 people: it is also possible to rent this
flat to two people at the price of a two roomed flat. Outside there is a
garden area with table, chairs, garden umbrella, deckchairs and
barbeque.
