20 m from the steep coast, in calm situation, 15 min. by foot to next beach, 5 km to the beach of La Vall (Algaiarens).

Half-opened range to the living room with 2 sofas (3/2) and 2 arm chairs, fireplace, stereo system, television, sea view.

* Prices are for a standard capacity of 6 persons. For 7 or 8 passengers are subject to a surcharge per day for 30 € per person.

* To be paid 25% of the amount at the time of booking and the remaining 75% 8 weeks before entry. The weekend stays are charged 50% in reserve and 50% 8 wk before.

* Security deposit 400 €.

* No pets allowed.

* Includes towels (bath, hand), sheets / blankets and kitchen towels, with weekly updates.

* Cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and scrubbing the weekly chalet.

* Includes toilet paper, kitchen detergents, hand soap, sponges / cloths and kitchen tongs.

* Will have cot / highchair on request.

* To be presented with an input record.

* Reservations preferably from Sunday to Sunday or from Saturday to Saturday.

* The accommodation will be before 12 am and tickets starting at 15 h

* There is the possibility of renting long periods (> 2 months) off season (Nov to Mar is not Easter) from 1500 € / month. Contact owner.
