Villa Ribeiro I is a lovely villa, overlooking an area of beautiful and serene pine trees, surrounded by garden areas and a private swimming pool. It is part of a set of 3 lovely villas that can be rented individual or together. Located in a peaceful area near Açoteias, Albufeira and Falésia Beach. Villa Ribeiro I has 4 bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 10 people. (2 extra beds possible).

Inside:
4 bedrooms with modern decoration: 1 bedroom with two single beds, en suite bathroom with shower and bath, 1 bedroom with a double bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and bath, one bedroom with 2 single beds, one bedroom with a double bed, sharing 1 bathroom with a shower and bath.
All bedrooms have a modern look, including wardrobes for storage.

The kitchen is fully equipped: cooking hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc. A nice dining area, seating 10 people, lounge room with comfortable and modern sofas (one of these converts into a comfortable double bed or two twin beds), Satellite TV equipment and a DVD Player.

Outside:
Terrace area with table and chairs near to the kitchen and BBQ area. Enjoy the front terrace and the private swimming pool. Complete set of garden furniture including table, chairs, sunbeds, shades and a pool table. Private parking spot at the entrance of the villa.
