The accommodation
The tree house is a wooden bungalow built from an existing bird observatory. A place with lots of vegetation, trees and tropical shrubs, among them banana trees, guava trees, lixies trees and much more.
The house has a bedroom with double bed on the first floor and the living room and kitchen (kitchenette) and WC on the ground floor, fully equipped, with hot water from solar panels, septic tank biological terrace with garden terrace.
Setting
The accommodation is unspoiled in a property in the heart of the Southwest Alentejo, on the road that connects Vila Nova de Milfontes to the village of S. Luis.
Coming from Lisbon direction Vila de Milfontes, turn onto the roundabout GALP (petrol pump), before entering Milfontes, and head towards the mountains and the village of S.Luis. At 7km, turn right, where you will find a large colored poster warning of the danger of fire, and protection of the forest. Leave the road to the left, and enter a dirt road and at 800m is on the property of Monte do Prado, where the accommodation is located.
Activities and attractions
At 100m is the school of paragliding and hang gliding.
At 200m is Samoqueirinha where Joana can give you riding classes or a beautiful ride through the mountain range.
At 500m it passes the road that crosses the Serra da Costa Vicentina
The surf school is 7km away. And the boat trips to fish or simply browse.
Also at 8km is Alentejo radical for the most radicals
