The accommodation

Beautiful independent villa with private pool immersed in the Ispica countryside and a few kilometers from the sea.

The villa consists of two floors, on the first floor there is the living area with a large living room, kitchen and bathroom. On the second floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a third bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

The villa has every comfort, such as a living room with a sofa with a peninsula, a large TV, air conditioners and a fireplace that can be used in winter.
A very spacious kitchen with relative American kitchen equipped with oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, television and stereo system.
On the ground floor you will also find a bathroom with shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor, the master bedroom with a view of the city of Ispica, with a round bed, chest of drawers and walk-in closet with mirror,
The double bedroom with single bed, also equipped with a walk-in closet overlooking the coast and bordering the second bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet and Jacuzzi. The third bedroom has two single beds and a chest of drawers.
Outside the villa you can enjoy the private swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas and the solarium on the terrace.
For lunch or dinner it is to organize barbecues in the stone barbecue and eat outside.
