The owner´s comments
In Torremar development, 2 apartments contigous (can be rented together or separately), close to Levant beach with pedestrian exit to the beach along “Avenida de Almeria”.
An apartment with 2 bedrooms and double sofa bed in the living room, another apartment with one double bedroom and double sofa bed in the living room. They are fully equipped with sheets, towels, etc.. For an occupation of 6 and 4 people respectively.
All development is newly renovated, located in the zone of maximum range of restaurants, bars, pubs and any other entertainment venues.
Possibility of renting parking space directly from the owner.
