The accommodation

The house is perfect for couples and families and is the ideal place if you want to relax away from the chaos of the city, even if the center of the village is close and easily reached on foot in 15 minutes.
The house has a kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower.
The large garden and veranda also allow children to play and run freely and adults to relax, especially on sunny days.
The large veranda also allows you to eat outside, before returning to enjoy the sun perhaps lying on the large lawn in front of a good book.
At guests' disposal:

Setting

The house is located in a quiet area and the city center (800 meters) with its services to the public, restaurants and clubs for young people, it is easily reached on foot within 15 minutes walk and the beach of thin sand can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, being approximately 350 meters from the house. At 300 meters there is also a long bicycle path about 2.5 km long, which runs along the coast. The bike path starts from the touristic port to Punta di Mola. It's possible rent bikes directly at the little touristic port, at 300 meters about from the house.
Car, however, is necessary to go to the supermarket and to turn the beautiful areas of Ragusa.
The house is located in Marina di Ragusa, which was awarded the Blue Flag in 2016,
for the 6th consecutive year.

This year Marina di Ragusa is also "Green Flag 2019" and then one of the best beaches and seaside resorts in Sicily suitable for children, thanks to clear water and low near the shore, clean sand to play quietly children, the presence of lifeguards, ice cream shops and public places in the vicinity of the beaches.
