The accommodation
Puerto Duquesa Costa del Sol holiday rental, a well-furnished, modern two-bedroom ground floor apartment.
The apartment has been recently refurbished internally to a high standard and is very spacious with 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), a large dining room/lounge and a large open plan kitchen.
Private terrace facing the main pool.
It has A/C and heating, free Internet and is perfectly situated on an attractive Spanish style complex which has two swimming pools, water features throughout the large gardens and is next door to the Duquesa golf and Country club.
All our apartments are deep cleaned by our professional staff before arrival of new guests.
Setting
The complex is fully gated and secure with an outside parking place.
A short 5-minute walk will take you to the local square of family friendly bars and restaurants. The Marina itself has a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops and is just 15 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car or taxi.
Duquesa’s marina offers you the Holiday maker all the facilities you will need for your perfect Holiday on the Costa del Sol in the southern Spain, from numerous restaurants, cafe bars where you can sit and watch the fabulous variety of Yachts coming and going. The vast choice of eating and drinking options include French, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai and Spanish with its fresh, local fish.
Many of the beaches have been awarded yet againthe European Blue Flag and even in height of the summer months they never appear to overcrowded and Duquesa offers serenity and relaxation for a holiday like no other on the Southern coast of Spain.
After a short walk on the sea-side promenade you will find the village of Sabinillas, which is also part of the municipality of Manilva with all the services you require such as medical centres, travel agencies, supermarkets etc.
Although within easy reach of the airports: Malaga (less than an hour), Gibraltar (30 minutes) and Sevilla (1 hour 45 min.)
Lying only 1km from Duquesa along the main A7, Sabinillas is the nearest town with a street market every Friday and an extensive market every Sunday morning. It has retained its own character which includes an inviting seafront promenade with flourishing pavement cafes and bars.
There are a further 12 golf courses in close proximity of the Marina and we can arrange tee times on most of the golf course on the Costa del Sol during your visit.

Apartamento grandísimo
El apartamento está genial muy muy grande, dos habitaciones con dos baños y cocina enorme con salón. Mucha luz, tres aparatos de aire acondicionado que no utilizamos porque hace bastante fresco, tengo que decir que sería bueno decir que hay bastante niveles de escaleras. Para personas con discapacidad o carritos creo que se debería de decir, está al lado de una de las piscinas y viene muy bien, no le he puesto las 5 estrellas por que huele bastante a humedad, aunque dejando las ventanas abiertas se quita bastante. Hay que coger el coche para ir al puerto y playa, se puede bajar andando pero la cuesta para subir es considerable, pero siempre hay sitio para aparcar dentro del recinto que se pasa con mando a distancia, muy tranquilo el sitio y sin ruidos está muy bien.. Agradecer a guillermo que siempre que me comunique con él me contesto rápido a todo y muy puntual tanto al inicio como a la salida
