The accommodation

Giramar it's a very cozy duplex penthouse. It's fully renovated and has been taken care of in detail to make you enjoy an unforgettable vacation and feel at home. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room , a full equiped kitchen, a large solarium terrace with a "chill out" area at the top and a terrace at the bottom where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner with spectacular views of the sea. All the equipment in the house is new. It has a 4k TV of 40 ", Wifi, air conditioning in the living room and silent fans in every room. It is west oriented, so it is less hot, and it enjoys unbeatable sunsets. As it does not have buildings in front it also enjoys more privacy. It has elevator and parking space. Up to 7 guests and a baby are allowed. Cradle, high chair and bathtub for babies available (prior notice).

The settlement has a swimming pool, paddle tennis court, swings and gardens for the kids.

Setting

Next to the settlement where the apartment is located there are several food stores, butcher shop and fish shop. There are also bars, restaurants, pizzerias and pubs for a drink, as well as beach bars where you can enjoy fantastic lunch and dinner.

The town center is 2 kilometers away so you can walk along the beach or get there just in 3 minutes by car.

Activities and attractions

Atlanterra is a privileged area of ​​natural beaches where you can practice surfing, kitesurfing and diving. It's next to natural parks where you can go hiking, horse riding or cycling. Its excellent gastronomy also stands out thanks to the red tuna and red veal. At certain times of the year it is possible to see the ancient art of bluefin tuna fishing using traps. It's also on the migratory route of numerous birds and cetaceans on their way to Africa or the Mediterranean, so it is possible to spot whales, killer whales, dolphins and many types of birds.

Zahara is a paradise where to disconnect from the city, relax and enjoy the shops, art galleries, restaurants and beach bars in the area.

It is located next to places of great beauty such as Vejer de la Frontera, the Roman ruins of Baelo Claudia on Bolonia beach, the Trafalgar Lighthouse or Tarifa. Barbate, Caños de Meca, Zahora and Conil are also just a few kilometers away. Within a short hour by car you can visit the monumental city of Cádiz or the Jerez and El Puerto de Santa María wineries.

It is also possible, given its proximity, to visit the Rock of Gibraltar, or cross the Strait and land in the cities of Tangier and its famous souk and Ceuta.
