Large, modern family holiday villa with heatable private pool in the very center of Albufeira, to rent for 10 persons. The has a top location, situated close to restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets, at walking distance 1.3 km from Praia dos Pescadores beach.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, spread over 2 levels. The accommodation offers a beautiful lawned garden with gravel and trees and a beautiful heated pool.

Interior of the villa:
Large living room with cable television, wi-fi and air conditioning, opens to the terrace and the swimming pool. Open dining room with dining table. Entertainment room with biliard table, tabel tennis and table football. There is a travel cot and a high chair available at the villa free of charge.

Kitchen:
Kitchen with electric hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 x refrigerator & freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and washing machine.

1) Bedroom with queen size bed and air conditioning, exit to the terrace, en suite bathroom with washbasin, shower, bidet and toilet.

Setting

Addendum to pro-forma reservation - by VIP Algarve Property:
- The reservation is for accommodation only and strictly limited to the persons listed on the booking registration form. Admission will be refused and the contract terminated if this condition is breached.
- On the day of departure please ensure that the property including all cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, etc. Must be left clean and tidy – failure to do so will result in an additional fee of €25.00 being deducted off the breakage deposit.
- The bbq area must be cleaned and left tidy – failure to do so will result in an additional fee of €25.00 being deducted from the breakage deposit.
- In the event of any complaints from neighbours' or owners due to extreme noise, we inform you of the following:
- 1st warning: we will contact you and remind you to respect people living around the property
- 2nd warning: with the presence of an authority, we will kindly invite you to leave the property with no right to reimbursement of the breakage deposit and remaining value of the rental.
- Each callout will attract a minimum callout fee of €50.00
- All breakages and damages are the legal responsibility of the hirer who is responsible for the property and expected to take reasonable care of it.
- The property is classified as a non smoking area – please refrain from smoking indoors.
