The accommodation

Large two-room apartment located close to the infamous Navigli, a characteristic "railing house" building in Milan. This is a panoramic apartment, recently renovated, finely furnished and equipped with every comfort and attention to detail. It has a maximum of 4 beds with the possibility (ON REQUEST) of having a cot for little guests who will be accepted free of charge up to 3 YEARS. Well connected by public transport... with the Duomo within walking distance. ONLY FOR SHORT PERIODS, with laundry service, various types of hot drinks, WiFi (optical fibre), 43" Smart TV, bathroom textiles (every 3 days) and bed linen (once a week), dishes, safe, including cleaning service (single-weekly), etc. etc., ALL INCLUSIVE except for a cleaning and sanitization fee at the end of the stay amounting to €30
The request is €70 per day (per guest) which will be subject to discount percentages depending on the number of days and/or guests.
Possibility WITH PRIOR NOTICE to use the affiliated SHUTTLE SERVICE, with the following price list:
From/to MALPESA €85 (instead of €95)
From/to BERGAMO/ORIO AL SERIO €100 (instead of €120)
From/to LINATE €25
The latter service must be paid STRICTLY to the driver at the end of the service.
