It is located in the residential La Coruña, surrounded by large parks, a green area, a promenade, a very quiet and central area, perfect for families. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed and one with 2 single beds in a nest, 2 complete bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living-dining room, views of the pedestrian green area, elevator and garage

Surrounded by all kinds of shops to buy food, entertainment with a playground... The transportation is very good for the historic center, urban bus every 3 minutes for 1 euro
The beach is a 10-minute walk away and the center is a 15-18-minute walk away. The exit from the city for routes to Lugo, Santiago, Costa da morte or Rias Baixas is done by the 3rd round, with very comfortable access and without traffic jams.
