The accommodation

The apartment is spread over one level on the first floor, is fully furnished, air-conditioned, very bright and elegantly furnished. Equipped with an independent entrance, which is accessed via a private external staircase, it has a beautiful habitable veranda with table and chairs for outdoor use. It consists of a living area with kitchenette and a double sofa bed, double bedroom, large bathroom and hallway. The apartment has an uncovered parking space, space under the stairs and a cellar.
This beautiful two-room apartment for summer rental is about 1 km from the beach of Cala Moresca, about 1 km from the beach of Porto Frailis, it is not far from the port and marina of Arbatax and a few minutes by car from the center of Tortolì, full of shops and business. The location is ideal as a starting point to reach all the beauties of the Ogliastra province. The area near the Residence is equipped with all services, including a supermarket and pharmacy. Tortolì-Arbatax is the economic center of the small province and offers everything a tourist may need.

Separate waste collection is carried out in the municipality of Tortolì, therefore the customer is required to follow the rules and instructions provided upon entering the apartment. It is also requested that the apartment is treated with care and that it is returned free of rubbish, with the fridge empty and the hob clean.
A maximum threshold of consumption available to the tenant of 10 KW/h per day multiplied by the days of stay has been established for electricity consumption for the entire period of stay. Upon exceeding this threshold, the excess consumption costs, calculated at € 0.60 per 1 KW/h, will be charged to the tenant.
Linen (sheets and towels) is not included in the price. However, it is possible to bring your own linen.

Activities and attractions

The neighborhood is very quiet, residential, but the proximity to the center of Arbatax allows you to walk to its commercial part with restaurants, bars, night clubs, ice cream shop, supermarket, bank, post office, etc. Also on foot you can add the famous Rocce Rosse di Arbatax or Cala Moresca with its crystalline waters. For lovers of long sandy beaches, there is both the Capannina beach and the small beach of Porto Frailis nearby. From the port of Arbatax, which is only 350 meters away, you leave for the famous Cale di Baunei, considered by all to be the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia: Cala Mariolu, Goloritzè or Cala Luna.
