We offer for your holidays a beautiful house where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors enjoying a fabulous SEA VIEW on the Ogliatra islet. The house offers 10 beds and 2 bathrooms all just 600 meters from Tancau beach, in an area surrounded by greenery and with few houses, where it is really possible to "disconnect" and enjoy rest.
With the necessary guarantees it is possible to welcome animals.
The Holiday Home is a house with a garden with independent access. The accommodation is located in a residential area of Tancau about 600 meters away from the beach of the same name. The location is ideal as a starting point to reach all the beauties of the Ogliastra province. The house is fully furnished and equipped with all accessories. The area near the structure is equipped with all services.

The linen is not included in the price. However, it is possible to rent it at a cost of €15/person). It is also possible to rent just one set per person for the duration of the stay. One set includes top and bottom sheets, pillow covers, set of guest-face-shower towels. You can also bring your own household linen
In the village of Tortolì separate waste collection is carried out, a € 50 deposit is required which will be returned after departure if collection has been carried out correctly.

Apartment by the sea in one of the best locations on the Ogliastra coast, near the beautiful bays of the Gulf of Orosei. At about 600 meters from the beach, we rent for the summer, an apartment located on the first floor with independent entrance and sea view. The location of the house is in a central but quiet area, a stone's throw from the center and from the possibility of easily reaching, even on foot, all the commercial activities in the area.
