The accommodation

Villa by the sea located in Tancau, with an independent garden bordering the beach and two reserved parking spaces.
The house has double access, a driveway via a private internal road with an entrance next to the Hotel Mediterraneo, and pedestrian access from Viale Mare. Composed of: three double bedrooms, large living area with dining area, kitchenette, living area with fireplace, two bathrooms with shower, large external veranda with wonderful wooden roof, garden furniture, exclusive garden, external shower and raised terrace with view sea, on the beach. Equipment: complete kitchen, crockery, dishwasher, microwave, outdoor furniture, TV, outdoor shower, 2 reserved parking spaces, recently furnished and renovated drying area.

Separate waste collection is carried out in the municipality of Lotzorai, therefore the customer is required to follow the rules and instructions provided upon entering the apartment. It is also requested that the apartment is treated with care and that it is returned free of rubbish, with the fridge empty and the hob clean.
A maximum threshold of consumption available to the tenant of 10 KW/h per day multiplied by the days of stay has been established for electricity consumption for the entire period of stay. Upon exceeding this threshold, the excess consumption costs, calculated at € 0.60 per 1 KW/h, will be charged to the tenant.
Linen (sheets and towels) is not included in the price.

Guests have access to the entire house, the garden, the veranda, the terrace overlooking the sea in the garden and two uncovered parking spaces

Detached beachfront house in Tancau, one of the best locations on the Ogliastra coast, near the beautiful coves of the Gulf of Orosei. Just a stone's throw from the beach, we rent a villa on the ground floor with independent entrance and sea view for the summer. The location of the house is close to the beach, with double access, from a private road next to the Hotel Mediterraneo and pedestrian access on Via Mare. The populated and tourist area, a stone's throw from the center and gives the possibility to easily reach, even on foot, all the commercial activities in the area.
