The accommodation

Studio completely new, nice, bright and cozy consisting of large fully furnished american kitchen, living-bedroom and toilet with large shower. It consists of a sofa, table, kitchen with bar stools, cupboards, shelves, TV, 2 additional chairs, double bed of 1.35, kitchen with all necessary utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, bed linen and towels.

Setting

It is located on Calle Virgen de Lujan, very close to the Parque de Los Príncipes. A step away from the fairgrounds, 10 minutes from the center of Seville and 5 minutes from the river. Perfectly communicated area with buses, cabs and underground. With a large shopping area very close. Good restaurants. Parking right next to it.

Activities and attractions

Nearby green areas (Parque de Los Príncipes and Parque de Mª Luisa), 5 minutes to the Feria de Abril, 15 minutes walk to the Cathedral of Seville, Giralda, Barrio de Santa Cruz and 10 minutes walk to the Barrio de Triana and the river.
