Newly built apartment with an excellent location that allows you to enjoy the town of L'Escala and its beaches easily. It is cosy, with exterior aspects, bright and comfortable. Located on the 1st floor of a two-story building with two neighbours, it has a 25 m2 private garage, elevator (from April to September), air conditioning and private room on the roof for alfresco dining.
The living area is 43m² up for 4 people. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living-dining room open to the kitchen. In addition, it enjoys a 25m2 room on the roof of the building in the heart of the historic centre of the municipality.
The bedrooms have a double bed and a bunk bed respectively.
The bathroom is complete with a shower.
The kitchen is very well equipped.
