The accommodation
Apartment in Playa de Gandia, university area. It has 1 double room with a double bed in each one, and another room with two single beds, 1 bathroom, living room with A/C, terrace, kitchen equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave and basic kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, pans, pots, coffee maker...). Furnished and with Wi-Fi. Residential with swimming pool for adults and children and artificial garden. Quiet residential with private night security.
Setting
It is located in the area of the University. A few meters away we have Mercadona, Mas y mar and Carrefour Express. Also very close to pharmacies and the Grao health center. Very well located for taking walks around the port, going to the market on Sundays or taking a walk along the promenade.

Gandia beach stands out for its crystalline water and white sand and its extension and breadth, which makes it one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean. A very short distance from the beach of Gandia, you can also enjoy natural surroundings of great beauty and just a step away you also have the city of Gandia where its historical past and tradition merge (Ducal Palace, the Collegiate Church...) with its festivals and its spectacular gastronomy (it is essential to try the fideuá).
