Lovely apartment. Maximum safety and care in the selection of people. 3 bedrooms (2 single + 1 double) towels and bedding, 1 living room and 2 bathrooms. 95 meters2. Height floor all rooms with wonderful views to the park, very sunny, facing south. 1 kitchen (dishes, microwave, pots, pans, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, “gas cooker”, with individual counter, etc). 1 pantry. Wifi fibra and TV. Insurance included (this is important). Parties and noisy activities are prohibited. For economically solvent people. Video and references from previous tenants can be submitted.The owner is a very trustworthy person (a teacher).

Located in a safe area, surrounded by parks.... CLOSE TO BEACH, bus, train, police, supermarkets... Downtown area of Gijon (Laviada/Alsas/Carlos Marx) (not a suburb). Free parking. Insurance included (this is important). Parties and noisy activities are prohibited. For economically solvent people. Video and references from previous tenants can be submitted.

Activities and attractions

Gijón is a great city for summer. In addition to the parties, it has beaches, nearby mountains and an incomparable gastronomy... all at affordable prices as it does not have excessive tourism.
