This magnificent and luminous three-bedroom holiday villa was completed in early summer 2023. The apartment's surroundings are enclosed by a gated fence, and access to the private courtyard is through a locked gate. The entrance and the fenced front yard are crowned by a shimmering pool, easily reached via convenient steps. The elegantly furnished living room extends a warm welcome, offering a comfortable space for relaxation and a splendid dining area for exquisite feasts. The kitchen represents the epitome of cutting-edge technology and is superbly equipped. For culinary enthusiasts, it presents an induction hob, oven, integrated extractor hood, dishwasher, an extensive selection of utensils for even the most demanding cooking endeavors, and everyday convenience with a microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Access to the patio can be found adjacent to the kitchen, with easy-to-navigate stairs leading up to the expansive rooftop terrace.

The living room is crowned by a large television, making it effortless to enjoy your favorite series or streaming content using Chromecast technology. A bathroom is also conveniently located adjacent to the living room.

Two of the bedrooms offer plush, spacious double beds. One of the double beds can be separated into two single beds. Each bedroom features a dedicated workspace, ensuring a seamless and productive remote working experience. Ample wardrobe space caters to extended stays. The third bedroom accommodates two guests and boasts a relaxing armchair, as well as convenient access to the apartment's patio, from where stairs lead to the stunning upper terrace.

The rooftop terrace offers a breathtaking setting for soaking up the sun! This expansive and sun-drenched oasis is equipped with a retractable sunshade that can be opened above the dining area if desired. The generous dining table accommodates up to 10 guests. A high-quality grill is at your disposal for culinary delights. Additionally, the terrace provides comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor shower for refreshing moments. The panoramic views over the parkland and the serene and visually captivating neighborhood create the perfect backdrop for sunny lunches and sunset-crowned dinners.
