The accommodation

The apartment has a kitchen with induction hob, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee pod machine, kettle, dishwasher, and washer-dryer.
In the living room there is a table for 4 people, sofa bed and 50" Smart TV.
The master bedroom has bedside tables with modern abatjours and a large wardrobe where a safe is available.
The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, shower, towel warmer and is equipped with a hair dryer and an elegant, fragrant toiletries set. There is also a wireless vacuum cleaner.
Air conditioning is automatically managed by an underfloor cooling/heating system.
The apartment is equipped with a ventilation system that maintains an ideal climate while also regulating humidity, to the point that it is suggested that windows be kept closed at all times.
WiFi is free and access to the apartment is by personal code.

The stay includes bed linen and towels. In the case of stays longer than 5 nights, the guest may request a second cleaning service, change of bed linen and towels for an additional fee.
Guests must send their documents to the host prior to arrival. The documents are transmitted via secure link and must be sent by the check-in time to gain access to the apartment.
Luggage storage is not available but it is possible to request early check-in or late check-out by contacting us a few days before arrival to check availability.
For further needs we recommend that you always contact the host a few days before arrival.

Setting

The access to the building main door and apartment's door is possible through personal code that will be sent by phone/message the check-in day.
The apartment is easily accessible by both stairs and the convenient elevator, and Wifi is available free of charge.

Como Lago train station is 180 meters away. The train line connects the city to Milan and Saronno. A connection to Milan Malpensa airport is available from here.
Como San Giovanni station is 1.5 km away. This line connects Como to Switzerland as well as Milan.
The Como-Brunate funicular is 350 meters away.
The public boat stop is operated by Navigazione Lago di Como and is 450 meters away.
The parking lots are all metered and are recognizable by the blue lines. They are equipped with special columns for payment and ticket collection to be displayed on the dashboard of the car.
It is also possible to park in covered parking lots (multi-story parking garages). The nearest one is about 600 meters from the apartment.

Activities and attractions

The apartment is inside a newly refurbished building, that is located in an area close to the most famous tourist attractions. Both locals and the many tourists visiting the city live this area. From here you can easily reach a supermarket, bars and restaurants.
