The accommodation

It is a house located in the best urbanization of Canyelles, Barcelona. It consists of three floors, the first or ground floor is at the level of the pool, garden, playground on the outside and inside we have the kitchen and the living room; on the second or street level floor we have the bathrooms and bedrooms and on the third the spectacular gabled sloping ceilings. As we have mentioned, the house has a swimming pool, outdoor play area, barbecue, trees, gardens and its interior exudes that air of pampering difficult to find in other properties. Located near the main cities in the area: Sitges and Vilanova. To get to the house the best thing is the car, without a doubt.

Optional cot €25 per stay.

Tourist tax: € 1.00 person / night, up to a maximum of 7 days and only for people over 16 years old.

After a visual inspection and technical consultation, we recommend that you do not have the air conditioning connected at such a low temperature and for such a long time, since the installation may suffer from overvoltage, which could lead to technical collapse and end up being damaged.

The repair of an installation of this type can be between €1,000 and €3,500, depending on what is damaged; so we strongly recommend that you make good use of the devices.

The house can be perfectly cool and well ventilated at 26ºC. Whenever you are opening doors and windows, we recommend disconnecting the air and connecting it when necessary.

The deposit related to your stay in our accommodation includes possible damages that may occur in the property and in turn an excessive use of consumption, such as the following:

Leave the air conditioning or heating even if they are not in the accommodation.
Set the air conditioning to less than 22 degrees.
Put the heating above 21 degrees.
Use heating or air conditioning with windows and doors open.

Thanks a lot

We hope that guests respect the neighbors and act as if they were at home; not making excessive noise, respecting the rules of the Community, the hours of rest. And taking them to recycling waste container. Remember it is not a hotel, not all neighbors are on vacation. We are members of the association of tourist apartments in Barcelona and therefore comply with a code of ethics involved, among other things: caring for the environment and not disturb the neighbors, creating a good image of the apartment and be happy during the stay! Of course, it is understood that common sense in respect to schedules, sound volume, cleanliness and hygiene are supposed to tenants of the apartment. Before arrival we send them all the information they need for a wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

If you believe that your arrival at the apartment could be outside the scheduled time, we ask them to tell us to organize everyone's agenda. also report that, in Catalonia, it is mandatory to pay a tourist tax ; which depends on the number of people, age, and number of nights .... This information also require to inform the authorities because we are required by law to do so.

Setting

We can not describe services or public areas as it is a detached house. This concept is sufficiently explained in other areas; however, it is remarkable that the situation inside the Villa's situated a few meters away from any service.

Activities and attractions

Califòrnia, urbanization is located in the municipality of Canyelles, Barcelona. Canyelles dipone shops, supermarket, entertainment (all that in the center of town) and can say that the "barrrio" is quiet, spacious, bright, open and located very close to the main cities of the environment: Sitges, with its "brand" incombustible, Vilanova with shopping arteries, supremercados, beaches, cultural and; as we not, if we go inside: Vilafranca del Penedès, where we will find good food, good cava and, above all, wine tourism.
