Villa FALCO in Costa Blanca Moraira is a true getaway to bliss. Distributed over two floors, this property offers ample space and a perfectly designed distribution to guarantee maximum comfort and privacy during your stay.
DISTRIBUTION: The four bedrooms of the villa are decorated in a modern and elegant style, with a palette of bright and sparkling colors. The atmosphere is warm, and the style is modern and very functional. The living room is spacious and bright, it offers direct access to the outdoor terrace. The open kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and a large dining table furnish the space, ideal for meeting and sharing a meal with family or friends. The parental suite located on the ground floor has a large double bed and a private bathroom. From this room we have direct access to the swimming pool. Two other bedrooms on the second floor have double beds, ideal for families. A bathroom with a shower is just opposite. Finally, on our right going up the stairs, the matrimonial suite with a large bed and a private bathroom.
EXTERIOR: The villa offers spacious parking for several vehicles at the entrance. The garden below with trees and outdoor games for children, offers many possible options for recreation and relaxation for young and old. The villa's terrace is a spectacular place to enjoy an alfresco meal or simply relax and soak up the sun. The place is very nice and has a large table and chairs to enjoy quality time together. The chill out is an ideal space to relax and chat with friends. The swimming pool allows us to refresh ourselves with deck chairs available to enjoy a sunbath after swimming.

LOCATION: FALCO is only a few minutes drive from the town center of the picturesque village of Moraira, known to be one of the best destinations on the Spanish coast.
