The accommodation
The accommodation has 3 bedrooms (1 double with private bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with single beds), a large kitchen with outdoor gallery, 2 bathrooms (one private and one common for the single bedrooms), a spacious living room with TV with google chromecast, sofa bed, extendable dining table and a balcony-terrace overlooking the pedestrian promenade.
All rooms have a fan and in the living room and master bedroom there is also an air conditioning system with hot and cold pump. All the floors are marble, except in the kitchen which has been renovated with wooden vinyl flooring. Climalit insulation in windows. Bright throughout, with views of the city from the bedrooms and the pedestrian promenade from the living-dining room terrace
Setting
The accommodation is located in a very quiet residential complex, with promenades and gardens. The location of the accommodation is its great added value. Without taking the car you can walk to the supermarket, the medical centre, the coastal promenade, the Pinar beach, the sports centre in front of the sea "Impala Beach club", the Pinar Park (with barbecues, playgrounds, swimming pool in summer, pet friendly areas), the golf course, the urban centre of Grao with bars and restaurants, the marina and fishing port, etc... Everything within easy reach, without the need to take the car.
