Duplex apartment located on the frontline of the beautiful beach of Llafranc, close to restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes. Llafranc is one of the most charming villages on the Costa Brava, known for its clear and crystalline waters, its pine-lined promenade, and its nautical port.

It features a large and lovely terrace for enjoying breakfasts and meals in the sun.

On the main floor, you'll find the dining room with TV and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, including cutlery, pans, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.

Descending the stairs, you'll find a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with two single beds, a fourth bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, and another bathroom with a small bathtub.

The building is located right by the sea, with entrances from both streets, and has an elevator.

Pets are accepted only upon prior request and with an additional supplement.

Reservations from individuals under 35 years old are not allowed.

Sheets and towels are not included. Cost is 8 euros/person/sheets and 8 euros/person/towels.
