From the living room, you can access the terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the beach/sea. There is air conditioning in the living room and the main bedroom, as well as WiFi.

The beach nearby is part of the Mar Menor sea, known for its high salt concentration. In the northern part of the area, Las Charcas de las Salinas has therapeutic mud stored for centuries, suitable for various skin treatments. The mud areas of Mar Menor have a significant proportion of fine and very fine sand (mud and clay), high levels of cations like calcium and magnesium, or anions like chloride and sulfate, and an alkaline pH.
