You will love the tranquility and privacy! This is a new construction, 5 minutes from the A8 motorway exit.

It features a seasonal private outdoor pool, garden, BBQ and beautiful views of the vineyards. In addition to the outdoor solar shower and sun loungers to enjoy the sun that shines on the property throughout the day, there is also a hot tub and an in-home massage service (for an additional fee). It will be your own little private spa!

Careful decoration and new appliances. You will lack nothing. Perfect for longer stays!

The holiday villa is the result of long reconstruction work, in harmony with the construction of the new house.

The property results from the combination of 3 smaller plots. Previously there were: an old house, a cellar, fruit trees and areas for animals. The reconstruction began in 2019 and ended in June 2022 and is the result of careful preservation and reconstruction work, always seeking to integrate the history of the place in the construction of the new house!

The house still preserves in its closed, and half walls, part of the original walls, made of stone blocks with more than 50cm in diameter! These stones came from the quarry that is very close to the house, 2 minutes away, on the way to Runa.

We have participated in removing the stones from the original house, by hand, stones that we can now find in the garden! You can still see the old cellar wall that now resembles a wall, framing the property and giving the space a historic, rustic, unique and private atmosphere! This cellar was used to store and produce homemade wine for 70 years, a very Portuguese tradition!

The reuse of materials is present throughout the space: the stones are also on the stairs leading to the pool and in the flowerbeds spread throughout the garden!

This restoration is our tribute to the memory of the villa, its history and its people. The fruit trees have also been preserved: the orange, pear and lemon trees are over 70 years old and you will be able to try their fruits during your stay at the house while admiring them from the pool!

Setting

The house is in a very quiet location where the baker will sell from his van 6 days a week, between 5pm and 6pm. Watch out for the horn!
5 minutes from the center of Torres Vedras and the A8 motorway.
Supermarkets, restaurants and the Shopping Center are a 5-minute drive away.

The house is suitable for families. Accommodates 2 rooms in open space that sleep 4 people and a sofa bed where 2 children sleep comfortably. Well behaved pets are welcome.
The space also includes interior stairs, without a baby gate and a mezzanine, in addition to the seasonal, unfenced outdoor pool.

Activities and attractions

This is an excellent starting point for exploring the entire Oeste region and the Silver Coast. 7 minutes from the 5 star golf course and spa. West beaches are 20 minutes away and Ericeira is 30 minutes away. The house is 35 minutes from Óbidos Castle and 30 minutes from the international airport in Lisbon. 30m from Ericeira and 40 min from Peniche and 48 min from Nazaré.
