The accommodation

Set in a charming 'old Milan' context, a whole flat consisting of a double bedroom, a living room with open kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with window complete with shower and bidet. The apartment has all the charm of Milanese residences of the last century.
The recently renovated spaces are equipped with every comfort such as: independent heating, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, security door and double-glazed windows.
Access is via staircase or lift and passage from the panoramic condominium balcony.

The flat is in a condominium, so we ask you to respect the normal rules of sharing and avoid making noise after 10pm. Do not clutter the condominium access spaces and keep items inside the flat.

To use the lift, it is necessary to take the key located inside the mailbox.

You will have access to the entire flat and the common areas of the condominium.

Activities and attractions

Don't miss the opportunity to stay in one of Milan's most iconic neighbourhoods. A few steps from home you will find the Porta Nuova district, which has revolutionised Milan's skyline with its skyscrapers and award-winning 'Bosco Verticale'. Also below the house you will find the Garibaldi station, the arrival point for numerous means of transport such as the underground and the train (including the Malpensa Express stop).
About 150 metres away, in Piazzale Baiamonti, you will find a supermarket (Carrefour express). If you need a pharmacy, you'll find it right here in Via Carlo Farini 5. For a different experience, take a stroll down Via Paolo Sarpi, a place full of cultural contamination and home to Milan's Chinatown. Street food, bars and restaurants await you all along the street. For food and wine lovers, a trip to Eataly in Piazza 25 Aprile is a must.
