The accommodation

Palm Beach flat is situated on the beachfront and has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is also air-conditioning in the living room (optional), and a sofabed, which means that we can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. The south-west facing balcony receives the sun until late afternoon, ideal for relaxing with a drink or a book and overlooking the well-kept garden and 3 swimming pools. There are special rates for winter visitors for the period November to March.

The garden around the pool is wheelchair accessible, the pool also has a lift. The flat has a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine. Two reasonably sized lifts serve the flat, each suitable for wheelchair users.

We offer everything you need for a self-catering holiday and secure parking at the rear of the building.
The centre of Los Boliches, the shops on the main street and the train station are only a 5 minute walk from the flat. The area has something for everyone. Whether you want to relax, play sports or just gaze at the beautiful garden with swimming pool from the balcony, everything is possible!

LOCATION.
The property is close to everything you need for a relaxing stay. There are 2 supermarkets nearby. The shopping streets are a 5 minute walk away. There are also many restaurants, bistros and cafes within a 2 minute walk, and of course there is the 8km promenade and all it has to offer.
