The accommodation
The large property is located within the exclusive residential complex of Portobello di Gallura.
The Villa is characterized by a large terrace with a sea view, dining area, a comfortable relaxation area, and a wonderful 3 x 9 meters swimming pool.
The property is spread over two floors.
The upper floor has an open space composed of a living room, a dining area and a modern equipped kitchen.
On this floor there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, of which only one is ensuite, but both have an exit to the garden.
In the basement we find the second sleeping area, which is composed of a large living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The third sleeping area has two bedrooms: the first one is a double, while the second has two single beds. We also find a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have an air conditioning system.
Finally, a large service room may be used as an ironing area, where there is also a second refrigerator.
For our guests, maximum privacy and security are guaranteed by the services of the residential park of Portobello di Gallura (access to the residential park is allowed only to residents or accredited guests and tranquility and privacy is protected by the 24-hour security service.
