Strategically located in the center of Calafell in the pedestrian area, on the corner of the promenade and 20 m from the beach.
The apartment has 80 m2 distributed in a large living area with a living-dining room connected to the American kitchen with exterior access to a terrace with views of the street.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with access to an exterior balcony (one double and the other two singles) and 1 full bathroom.
Air-conditioned and fully equipped apartment: washing machine, microwave, Dolche gusto coffee maker, free WIFI, smart TV, bathroom and bed linen... we believe that nothing is missing!

We appreciate your good behavior, civility and responsibility. Please do not engage in noisy activities from 11:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. in the morning.
Basic rules of coexistence and respect for other guests and neighbors are required, for this reason you must be careful with excessively loud music and various disturbances.
The organization of parties is totally prohibited.
The client is responsible for the behavior of the people he is accompanied by and who are in his apartment.
The number of people who spend the night in the apartment cannot exceed the number contracted in the reservation.
If the client does not comply with these basic rules, the reservation may be canceled and the guest may be expelled from the apartment, without refunding the reservation price.
