Apartment in Marbella close to Golf and beach

The accommodation

Our open plan apartment has a cozy dining corner and very comfortable couch. Perfect if you want a chill-night at the apartment. Our connected smart tv could help elevating the night and take some deserved rest.

The first bedroom has a very comfortable bed and amazing view over the golf course. The en-suite bathroom has its own toilet and bidet. The (rain) shower will help you freshen up in the morning, but make sure to use our bath after a round of golf or a night spend well in Marbella’s nightlife ;)

Our second bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with your own toilet and (rain) shower.
The smaller sized bed (140cm) is perfect for one adult or two childen. Or a couple that likes to snuggle at night. The build-in closet has lots of space and also a safe for your precious belongings.

The brand new kitchen has an oven, induction cooking, fridge and freezer. Of course, we installed a dishwasher. We don’t want you to waste any time washing dishes when you can enjoy the Spanish sun!
We always make sure to have a few Nespresso cups available. Directly next to the kitchen we have a small space with washing machine and tumble dryer.

A 2-minute walk away is the shared pool of the urbanization. Splash in the pool to cool off and enjoy the sun. There are usually few to no people there, so no big crowds expected.

From out terrace you have a direct view over the La Quinta Golf & Country club, which hosted a PGA-tour event in 2022. In spring and summer you have sun all-day (from 11.00). Later in the season the sun will hit the terrace in the afternoon. So definitely enjoy your breakfast, lunch and/or dinner outside. Or just drinks, if you’re eating out all day every day ;)

Setting

In our beautiful apartment, next to La Quinta Golf & Country Club, you will completely relax on the edge of bustling Marbella. It is a great place for everyone: if you want to come and play golf you walk directly onto the golf course and you are also minutes away from several other golf courses. Also, if you come for the luxury and ambiance of Marbella, this is the right place for you. In fact, you are just a 7-minute drive from some great restaurants, clubs and Puerto Banus.
