The accommodation

The property is located on the first floor and overlooks the communal pool and solarium. The house offers a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other small kitchen appliances.

There are two bedrooms, both with double beds (150 x 190). One of the bedrooms offers an en suite bathroom and there is also a second bathroom. Both bathrooms have a washbasin, a toilet and a spacious walk-in shower.

Through the balcony of the house you have access to the spacious private roof terrace. Here you can enjoy the Spanish sun all year round. The roof terrace has an outdoor kitchen, garden furniture, sun loungers and a pergola to enjoy the shade.

You can park your car in a private parking space (see last photo). The house is equipped with integrated air conditioning in all the rooms of the house. In addition, you can watch your favourite TV channels through an international IPTV system. The house has fast internet via fibre optics. It is also ideal for digital nomads.

Setting

This furnished penthouse is located in the centre of San Pedro del Pinatar. It is located in a new small scale apartment complex which is very centrally located. It is very close to the Salinas del Mar Mediterraneo and the beaches of La Llana, and close to the Mar Menor. There are bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets.

Activities and attractions

In the Mar Menor we can find the famous mud baths. In the Las Salinas regional park there are various hiking and cycling routes, as well as the option of bathing on a beach on the Mediterranean Sea located in a privileged setting. There are other leisure options beyond the sun and beach such as the palace museum of the Baron of Beniyafó and a wide range of nightlife both in the Plaza de la Constitución and la curva de Lo Pagán.
