The villa of approx. 160m2 with a plot of approx. 1.300m2 (with covered parking for 1-2 cars) offers ample space to enjoy your ibicencan holidays comfortably.

This charming villa is built on one level and is designed in authentic Ibizan style, with lots of light and an ambiance that inspires peace, harmony, and calm.
The living room has comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The villa has a dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine).
There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with shower (one of them is en-suite) and 2 toilets.

There is air conditioning throughout the villa, free Wi-Fi, an alarm system, and a safe box.

In the exterior, you can enjoy a small garden with a private swimming pool and relaxation area with sun loungers and sunshades. In addition, the outdoor dining area with portable barbecue makes this an ideal place to enjoy delicious meals "al fresco".
