The accommodation

Lovely apartment, located in the exclusive Higueron resort, with large terrace with beautiful sea views, surrounded by garden, with direct access to 3 swimming pools. South orientation. 3 bedrooms, one of which has a beautiful panoramic sea view. 2 bathrooms. Spacious living room with large sofa, smart TV, including dining area comfortably connected with fully equipped kitchen. The terrace equipped with sitting area & table, partially covered, ideal for smart working (electric plugs outside). Private parking space. 24/7 security. There is also resort train (free of charge) that takes you to nearby beach (Carvajal beach). UPDATE compared to the pictures: now all windows are equipped with window roller blinds; brand new fridge, brand new dish washer.

AVAILABLE FROM MID-JUNE 2024 (precise date to be agreed). PRICE IS FOR 1 MONTH IN CASE OF 3 MONTHS STAY. SHORTER STAY IS POSSIBLE (price per month will be higher, to be negotiated). After the 3 months, IT IS POSSIBLE TO EXTEND for a negotiable price (lower).

PRICE: Includes water and internet bills, but not electricity bills. After the 3 months, it is possible to extend for a negotiable price (lower).
DEPOSIT: ONE MONTH (in case of shorter stay, less then 3 months, deposit can be negotiated lower).
NOTE: Even though we are pet lovers, as our apartment is newly furnished, we don’t accept pets.

In case you want to enjoy the area without the hassle of driving, there is a free shuttle bus service covering the entire area. Whether it's the beach, city, grocery stores, or cafes and restaurants - explore El Higuerón as much as you want.
