The accommodation
45m2 apartment for rent, completely renovated for a short vacation stay. Very bright and cozy. It has a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, a renovated bathroom with its corresponding towel sets and a separate double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe.
Fiber optics, electric heating, desks and printer. It is in a sixth floor of a building with an elevator and a doorman.
A personal library with highly appreciated books is there, so I look for a person who appreciates and respects it.

The apartment is located in the Adelfas-Retiro neighborhood, a 10-minute walk from Enrique Tierno Galván Park and 20 minutes from El Retiro Park. The closest metro lines are Pacífico (L6) and Puente de Vallecas (L1), 7 and 2 minutes walk away respectively. This area is very well connected, as it has exits by road (A3 Valencia, M30) and main streets (Doctor Esquerdo, Avenida de Mediterráneo).
