This wonderful studio is equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a living area, air conditioning, WiFi, and its enclosed terrace. Additionally, you can enjoy, if you wish, the spacious garden areas and various outdoor pools of the communal building.
And let's not forget that its privileged location places you halfway between the beach and the charming center of Arroyo de la Miel.
In the area, you'll find a wide variety of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets that will make your stay easier and more comfortable. Furthermore, good public and private transportation connections will make it easy for you to explore different and wonderful corners of the Costa del Sol, both in Benalmádena and the neighboring cities.

Respect the quiet hours (00:00 to 8:00) and the rules of the community. The maximum capacity and the presence of additional guests must be agreed upon in advance. In the event of disorderly behavior affecting safety or involving the police, we reserve the right to request departure from the apartment without refund. Let's avoid this undesirable situation. Parties are not allowed.

Our accommodation is within a gated community, with staff at the 24-hour reception, and you'll have access to the building's facilities which include several outdoor pools with sea views and spacious garden areas.

The spectacular location of our studio will provide you with a variety of bars, cafes, shops and supermarkets to visit during your stay, and its transportation facilities offer you a wealth of activities to enjoy the charms of this corner of the Costa del Sol.

In addition to being about 800 meters away from the beach and promenade, you can also take a stroll to the charming Puerto Marina, which is about a 19-minute walk away, or the beautiful Paloma Park, located right next to the building. You can also explore other attractions such as Selwo Marina, which is 500 meters away, the cable car just a 5-minute drive away, or the famous Colomares Castle, which is a 13-minute drive away.
