The accommodation
3rd floor penthouse apartment with sea views in the city center. 3 double bedrooms, distributed over 2 floors with an internal staircase, which gives access to bedrooms, located on the lower floor. Living room and american kitchen on the upper floor. Located less than 1 minute walk to the old town, (puerta de jerez) penthouse with jacuzzi on the terrace and incredible views of africa. Small communal pool, right next to the apartment with solarium area with sun loungers. Area for drying and rinsing windsurf and kitesurf wetsuit garments. Garage space included in the price of the apartment. Wifi optic fiber, cold air conditioned and calefaction in all stances of the apartment.
